Yes, all items in the UK are shipped with Royal Mail and tracking number is added in your online order. International orders are sent with Hermes or FedEx.
All prints are shipped flat or rolled in a cardboard tube, depending on the size. Small items, such as postcards, are shipped in a jiffy bag. Original artworks are packaged individually depending on the size and specifications. All orders with standard shipping within the UK take 3-5 working, and international orders take 10- 14 working days.
Please note due to the pandemic there may still be delays in delivery times, so please allow a few extra days.
All duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient and vary according to the destination country. Please note that due to Brexit after 1st January 2021 all orders to EU countries may incur duties and taxes, which is calculated according to each country. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you change your mind or if there are any issues with the order and want to return, arrange an exchange or arrange a replacement, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the order on shop@simonaruscheva.com
– Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and original packaging if applicable.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable; you will only receive a refund for the item you are returning.
– When returning items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge, so please use a reliable and tracking service, as I cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items while being returned.
– Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and original packaging if applicable.
– If the item you want to exchange for is no longer available, you can either exchange for another one or receive a refund.
– If the item you want to exchange for has lower value than the original item you purchased, the difference will be refunded. If the exchanged artwork has higher value, you will be asked to pay the excess before shipping. Additional shipping will also be applied.
– All exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days of contacting me.
